BOREMATIC SET - SERIES 568
The Borematic enables the operator to take measurements more accurately and quicker than
ever before. Once the origin point is set with the ORIGIN button, the Borematic retains the
setting for the entire battery life. Therefore no longer repeated origin setting (presetting) is
necessary.
•TiN-coated measuring contact points provide excellent durability and impact resistance and al-
low the instrument to measure to the bottom of a blind hole •Large LCD digits of 8.5 mm height
for error-free reading •330° rotatable display unit for easy reading at any angle •GO/NO-GO
judgment function •The ABSOLUTE linear encoder
eliminates over-speed errors •With SPC data output
•Measurement can be taken closer to the bottom of a
blind bore •Supplied in tted wooden case •Each set

4 PC. SMALL HOLE GAUGES - SERIES 154
•Used with an outside micrometer for measuring inside diameter of bores •4 sizes of gauges are
supplied in a tted pouch •Extra long for gaging
deep and shallow holes, slots, and similar
workpieces •Gaging surface is fully hardened to
insure long tool life

Part No. 154-107, .3” - .4” DIA. gauge.
Part No. 154-108, .4” - .5” DIA. gauge.
RADIUS GAUGES - SERIES 186
•Radius size is stamped on each gauge •Both concave and convex radius
gauges become a pair •With a locking clamp •180° arc
25 PC. RADIUS GAUGE SET - SERIES 186
MITUTOYO Radius Gauges are recommended for checking or laying out concave or convex
radii. An individual gauge for each dimension makes it
possible to verify radius or llet dimensions easier, faster
and more accurately in machining, layout, inspection and
pattern-making work. The measuring surfaces are precisely
nished with smooth, accurate edges. Each Radius Gauge
has ve measuring locations, and it is identied with its
particular radius dimensions. The gauges have a satin or
dull-chrome nish. The holding case is provided to protect
the sets of Radius Gauges, have indexed pockets to facili-
tate the selection of the proper size gauge. A 4” long holder
is furnished with this set to make it possible to check radii
in conned or hard-to-reach locations. 25 leaves with sizes
from 1/64”–17/64” by 64ths and 9/32”–1/2” by 32nds.
